Mar 6 15
Rivoli Group and Roland Iten have launched the new R22 Bugatti limited edition mechanical belt calibre in steel in Dubai. The new R22 Bugatti mechanical belt is the product of joint forces between automobile company, Bugatti, and Ronald Iten to create a mechanically performing belt mechanism. The collection comprises of 22 hand-crafted, exquisite pieces with shades of solid white and red gold using natural titanium architecture interconnected to create a mechanism that allows the wearer to obtain the absolute precise fit. The latest introduction is the R22 Bugatti edition mechanical belt calibre that is made of steel and is created by master craftsmen in Geneva, Switzerland. The steel edition of the Bugatti mechanical belt calibre incorporates a ‘safety lock’ clip, which was not previously included in the gold collection. Roland Iten accessories are available exclusively at the Rivoli store in Burj Al Arab. Traditional belts come in lengths of 90, 100, 110 or 120cm, but the Roland Iten R22 Mk.I-22mm Bugatti edition mechanical buckle is customizable to any size, whether it is 87.30, 99.50 or 108.90cm. The patented expansion mechanism uses flow-guiding wheels that are incorporated into the teeth of the gear system to provide a ‘click-free click’ and minimal friction. Comprised of precisely 102 components in gold/titanium and 103 components in steel/titanium, each piece of this limited edition series has been entirely handcrafted, polished and assembled by master craftsmen in Switzerland and supervised throughout the production process by Roland Iten himself.
