QuestSoft Partners with The HMDA Academy to Provide Compliance RELIEF™ Customers for the new CFPB HMDA Rules

QuestSoft has partnered with Key Compliance Services, creators of The HMDA Academy, to provide their Compliance RELIEF™ customers with a complete suite of informational and multimedia tools that complement their robust and platform. The addition of The HMDA Academy knowledge base provides QuestSoft’s Compliance RELIEF HMDA customers access to up to the minute training and consulting on the new CFPB HMDA rules which will begin to be implemented in 2017, culminating in 2018. These changes represent the most sweeping revisions to the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) since its inception in 1975. Training is provided to users via webinars, all of which are recorded and available for unlimited viewing. In addition, Compliance RELIEF HMDA customers will gain access to a wide variety of job aids, charts, and other tools to tackle the complexities of the HMDA modifications. The agreement will provide eligible QuestSoft customers with complimentary access to these resources through March, 2019 to help ensure that their initial submission under the new rules is completely compliant with the CFPB intent and ruling. Outside of providing customers with new compliance information and demystifying the regulation, the platform also enables users to post detailed questions and receive specific answers from The HMDA Academy team of subject matter experts. The information provided will assist customers in better understanding the rules and further developing and implementing new processes to manage compliance. QuestSoft’s Compliance RELIEF combines the company’s best-selling HMDA RELIEF® and CRA RELIEF® software, as well as automated mapping and tools that automate compliance for other supported regulations including Fair Lending, Geocoding and NMLS Mortgage Call Reports, into a single, simple interface. The software reduces the time spent on compliance by enabling users to access all subscribed modules in the same platform.

QuestSoft Announces Enhancements to Complete Line of Relief Products

QuestSoft announced enhancements to its complete line of RELIEF products, which create a single process for submission of diverse regulator required data. The module, called Submission RELIEF, combines the complicated formatting under current Federal Reserve HMDA, the new CFPB HMDA for 2017 data, the expanded CFPB HMDA data for 2018 and beyond, as well as aggregate CRA reporting in a single, simple, and encrypted process. The module has already been embedded at no extra charge into QuestSoft’s existing products, including Compliance RELIEF, HMDA RELIEF and CRA RELIEF to provide scrubbed, error-free exports for official data submissions to regulators. Submission RELIEF complements the already seamless upload of NMLS Call Reporting data using QuestSoft’s Call Report RELIEF software. The company's Submission RELIEF solution effectively eliminates retraining when regulators elect to change their formats. Users simply need to confirm their institution’s reporting information, select the Submission RELIEF module, and the output data is instantly converted into the proper format, encrypted with the appropriate government security, appended with the proper transmission protocols and submitted securely through the web.
