Qannas Investments Limited announced that it has entered into an area development agreement (ADA) with Hard Rock International to establish three Hard Rock Cafe restaurants in leading Eastern Europe destinations. The first Hard Rock Café to be established pursuant to the ADA will be in the Atlas Capital Centar in Podgorica, Montenegro, one of the large mixed use development projects in Eastern Europe. QIL will make an equity investment of $3 million in the project, with the proceeds to be deployed in the construction, equipping and pre-operating costs of this Hard Rock Café. A separate management company will be appointed to operate the asset.
