Mercy Health Selects Kyruus to Enhance Enterprise-Wide Patient Access

Kyruus announced that it will partner with Mercy Health to transform the way in which patients get matched to the right provider within the $4 billion Integrated Delivery Network headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Mercy Health will implement the Kyruus ProviderMatch software platform across their entire enterprise including their call center, referring provider offices, and the online physician finder on Mercy Health’s new website, currently in development. The new platform will be utilized by hundreds of users across Mercy Health as they continue to advance their mission of delivering the best treatment to each individual patient. With ProviderMatch, Mercy Health referral coordinators as well as referring physicians will have access to a robust suite of search and data tools that will allow them to satisfy even the most clinically complex referral requests. Users will have the ability to search for over 1,500 physicians within the Health Select clinically integrated network using flexible keywords such as conditions, diagnoses, procedures, etc. and then filter on patient preferences such as location, physician gender, and languages spoken. Keck Medicine of USC Taps Kyruus to Improve Patient Experience

Kyruus announced that Keck Medicine of the University of Southern California (USC)'s physician practice USC Care Medical Group Inc. has chosen its ProviderMatch suite of products to enhance patient access to and boost patient engagement with more than 650 USC Care doctors. System implementation is expected in Fall 2015. Keck Medicine of USC delivers academic, research, and clinical excellence across the Los Angeles area and its medical center is one of U.S. News and World Report's top-ranked hospitals across several specialties. The Los Angeles-based health system will use ProviderMatch in both its central access center as well as on its public-facing keckmedicine.org website to streamline the referral process for both patients and USC physicians. More than 120 scheduling and referral specialists at Keck Medicine of USC will use ProviderMatch to match patients with the right providers at USC, based on their individual clinical needs and preferences such as location, insurance, and philosophy of care. The same technology platform will be used to power Keck Medicine of USC's physician finder tool on keckmedicine.org to connect patients seamlessly to the health system's medical call center.
