The solution utilizes configurable search rules to reduce scheduling errors, and prevent misdirected referrals, thereby tightening the referral processes and retaining care within network.
Baystate Health Selects Kyruus to Improve Patient Access Across its Integrated Network

Kyruus, Inc. announced that it is partnering with Baystate Health to transform the manner in which patients are matched to their providers. Baystate Health will implement the Kyruus ProviderMatch software platform in its access center to streamline and standardize the referral process across its $2 billion integrated network based in Springfield, MA. Kyruus’ cloud-based ProviderMatch platform, which now covers almost 40% of all physicians in Massachusetts, utilizes a dynamic search engine to accurately match patients with the most appropriate provider, reduce patient scheduling errors, and prevent misdirected referrals. The search engine scours a clinical library with over 10,000 pre-loaded clinical and lay concepts and 250 provider specialty classifications to enable physicians, administrators, and scheduling agents to search on any combination of conditions, synonyms, or procedures. Over 150 scheduling and referral specialists will utilize the technology to match patients to providers within the Baystate Health network in order to better coordinate care.
Mercy Health Selects Kyruus to Enhance Enterprise-Wide Patient Access

Kyruus announced that it will partner with Mercy Health to transform the way in which patients get matched to the right provider within the $4 billion Integrated Delivery Network headquartered in Cincinnati, OH. Mercy Health will implement the Kyruus ProviderMatch software platform across their entire enterprise including their call center, referring provider offices, and the online physician finder on Mercy Health’s new website, currently in development. The new platform will be utilized by hundreds of users across Mercy Health as they continue to advance their mission of delivering the best treatment to each individual patient. With ProviderMatch, Mercy Health referral coordinators as well as referring physicians will have access to a robust suite of search and data tools that will allow them to satisfy even the most clinically complex referral requests.
