For six months ended July 31, 2016, revenue was $128.2 million, which was 28.7% or 18.3% below the same period in the prior year. Operating expenses were $93.7 million, which was $15.9 million or 14.5% below the same period in the prior year. The decrease during the quarter and for the first 6 months of the fiscal year include continued efforts around cost initiatives, as well as operation excellence initiatives. Adjusted EBITDA was $34.5 million, which was below prior year by $12.8 million or 27%. Capital expenses were $24.7 million, and in line with the company expectations For the year 2017, the company is targeting revenue and EBITDA to be down between 15% and 20% on a year-over-year basis, capital spend to be around $28 million to $30 million, while maintaining strong cash position.
