Mobiquity, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has appointed John Castleman as the new Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Andy Norman has served as the Interim CEO since December 9, 2015 and will continue to operate the company. As such, he will shift into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Castleman joins the company with over 20 years of experience in the software development and software services industries. Most recently he served as President and CEO of Alliance Global Services Inc.
