Mobiquity announced it has created a new healthcare business unit devoted entirely to researching, experimenting with, and developing healthcare-specific solutions for Mobiquity's enterprise customers. The group will focus on strategies for medication monitoring, mobilizing medical devices and changing patient behavior, as well as other mobile health-related initiatives. Based on the latest mobile technologies such as sensors, gamification and new intervention models, Mobiquity's healthcare business unit designs, develops and deploys integrated, connected-health solutions that meet HIPAA, PHI and global regulatory authority requirements. Mobiquity is launching its new business unit after more than a year of innovations in the space and with a substantial amount of business coming from this sector. The new healthcare business unit will focus its attention on four main areas of Strategy/Innovation; Integrated Design, Build and Deploy; Advisory Services and Behavior Change Solutions.
The healthcare business unit will be led by Scott Snyder, president and chief strategy officer; Ashkan Afkhami, co-general manager, Healthcare; Bill Truhe, co-general manager, Healthcare; and Nirav Desai, principal healthcare strategist.
