Telecom Italia Media reported earnings results for the first half of 2015. The company reported revenues of EUR 42.4 million in the first half of the year, a 38.6% increase on the EUR 30.6 million posted the previous year, due to the integration of the activities of Rete A, acquired a year ago and merged to create the operator Persidera in December. Telecom Italia's media and internet subsidiary also increased its half-year EBITDA to EUR 20.2 million from EUR 11.3 million the previous year, while the company's net debt declined to EUR 251.9 million from EUR 269.4 million at the end of 2014. Net losses improved to EUR 0.9 million from a negative EUR 5.2 million in the January-June 2014 period. EBIT was EUR 8.8 million against LBIT of EUR 2.1 million in the first half of 2014. Net financial debt was EUR 251.9 million against EUR 269.4 million at the end of 2014.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia Media, approved the resignation of Ms. Paola Schwizer (independent) from the office of Member of the Board of Directors. Taking into account that the resigning Director held the position of Chairwoman of the Control and Risk Committee, the Board of Directors proceeded to supplement the Committee by appointing Director Chiara Della Penna.
