Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust announced that the transfer books and register of unitholders of company will be closed on 4 May 2015 being the record date for the purpose of determining unitholders entitlements to Suntec REIT's distribution. Suntec REIT has announced a distribution of 2.230 cents per unit for the period of 1 January 2015 to 31 March 2015, comprising a taxable income component of 1.963 cents per unit and a tax-exempt income component of 0.267 cents per unit. Holders of units whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Suntec REIT Units as at record date will be entitled to the distribution that will be paid on 26 May 2015.

Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust announced unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company gross revenue was SGD 74,462,000 against SGD 65,955,000 a year ago. The increase was mainly due to the opening of Suntec City mall (Phase 2) following the completion of the asset enhancement works and higher revenue achieved by Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. Net property income was SGD 51,353,000 against SGD 43,771,000 a year ago, an increase of SGD 7.6 million or 17.3% year-on-year due mainly to the opening of Suntec City mall (Phase 2) and improved contribution from Suntec Singapore. Net income was SGD 42,148,000 against SGD 38,127,000 a year ago. Total return before tax was SGD 50,217,000 against SGD 38,820,000 a year ago. Total return for the period after tax was SGD 48,706,000 against SGD 38,192,000 a year ago. Attributable to Unit holders was SGD 47,079,000 against SGD 37,029 a year ago. Net cash flow from operating activities was SGD 53,105,000 against SGD 40,915,000 a year ago. Capital expenditure on investment properties was SGD 22,236,000 against SGD 28,950,000 a year ago. Purchase of plant and equipment was SGD 95,000. NAV per unit as at March 31, 2015 was SGD 2.107 against SGD 2.117 a year ago. Earnings per unit for the period based on the fully diluted basis was 1.724 cents against 1.593 cents a year ago.
