Adaptive Insights appointed Karen Pisha as the Senior Vice President of Customer Success and the newest member of its Executive team. A SaaS industry expert, Pisha brings with her a wealth of experience with large, successful customer engagements during her time at companies such as ServiceMax, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, Eloqua and most recently, Oracle.
