Reorganization Plan Approved for Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation

The US Bankruptcy Court approved the plan of reorganization of Electric Transportation Engineering Corporation on December 31, 2014. The Court has also approved the disclosure statement on the final basis. The debtor has filed its modified plan in the Court on October 28, 2014. As per the approved plan, administrative claims, compensation claims, substantial contribution compensation and expenses and priority tax claims will be paid in full and final satisfaction in cash. Secured claims and priority non-tax claims will be paid in full in cash. General unsecured claims will be paid up a pro rata share in cash. All the Intercompany claims shall remain unimpaired and shall receive no distribution under the plan. All the claims under Section 510(b) claims and equity interests will be cancelled and shall receive no distribution.
