Frank Riccardi, J.D., has been named vice president, chief compliance and privacy officer for Cone Health. Riccardi will work to ensure that Cone Health remains in compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements as well as federal regulations that mandate privacy of patient health information. He comes to Cone Health from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) where he was chief compliance and privacy officer for VCU Health System in Richmond.

Kibbe comes to Cone Health from Universal Health Services in Pennsylvania, where he was a divisional vice president of acute care. Cone Health Appoints Carmela Meyer as New Director of Medical Education

Carmela Meyer, Ed.D., is the new director of medical education for Cone Health. Meyer will direct the physician resident and medical student education programs of Greensboro AHEC. Meyer comes to Cone Health from the University of Kansas where she served in a variety of roles in medical education. She was extensively involved in curriculum development, assessment tools, faculty development and in helping organizations meet their accreditation requirements. Meyer will help give a presentation on experimental learning at the coming Collaborating Across Borders conference.
