American Beacon Reportedly Up For Sale

American Beacon Advisors, Inc., owned by Pharos Capital Group, LLC and TPG Capital, L.P. is exploring a sale that could value it at more than $600 million including debt, Reuters reported citing people familiar with the matter. Private equity firms are among the prospective buyers. JPMorgan Chase & Co. is managing the auction of American Beacon Advisors, Inc. Pharos Capital Group, LLC declined to comment while spokespeople for TPG Capital, L.P., American Beacon Advisors, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
