The University for People (U4P), through Management Concepts, is offering certificate programs to address these specific areas to General Services Administration employees and other Federal Government agencies to improve professional competencies and maintain certification Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) and Professional Development Units (PDUs). In addition to addressing agency specific objectives, the programs are an integral and essential component in achieving improved performance to meet the mandates of both The President’s Management Agenda and the Government Performance and Results Act.
