Blackstone And Sovereign Land In Talks To Acquire St Enoch Shopping Centre

The Blackstone Group L.P. (NYSE:BX) and Sovereign Land Ltd. are in exclusive talks to buy St Enoch shopping centre from Ivanhoe Cambridge, Inc. The joint venture is understood to be paying more than £190 million.
