TopGolf International Inc. signed a lease for 36,221 square feet of office space at Northpark Central Building at 8750 N. Central Expressway in Dallas, which more than doubles the size of its current office at 17Seventeen McKinney in Uptown. The company expects to move TopGolf into its new Dallas headquarters on June 1. The new office on North Central Expressway will employ 120 corporate workers, which May expects will grow in 2015. The new space allows the company to accommodate the growing employment base and will include hitting bays and digital screens for the ability to test game devices. For the next three years, TopGolf plans to open 10 locations each year.
Along with the new office, the company also promoted Randy Starr into COO position. He'll also remain the company's chief development officer. Starr has been with TopGolf since 2005 and was the man responsible for setting up a satellite office in Dallas in 2011, later making the city the company's hometown.
