She reports to Angela Leung Wasmer, senior director of corporate responsibility and public affairs. Buck-Vance is responsible for leading corporate responsibility and community outreach, including program development, stakeholder relationships, external and internal communications of company efforts and events. She manages communications and environmental partnerships for Cox Conserves, the company's national sustainability program. Additionally, she oversees national diversity and corporate volunteerism partnerships, and day-to-day operations for the Cox Employee Relief Fund, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Buck-Vance joined the company in 2001 from The Home Depot where she served as a spokesperson.

Cox Enterprises announced that Dallas Clement has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer starting July 1, 2015. Clement will report to John Dyer, president and CEO Clement will succeed Doug Franklin, who is retiring Aug. 1, 2015. In his new role, Clement will be responsible for the company's treasury, financial reporting and control, and tax, audit and financial planning functions. He also has responsibility for public policy, supply chain services, energy management, information technology, risk management and legal issues. Most recently, Clement was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Cox Automotive.
