Organizers of next year's Rio Olympics and Airbnb signed a partnership agreement to provide thousands of fans with a place to stay during the three-week event. The deal will see Airbnb provide 20,000 rooms during the first Games in South America but as many as 80,000 could be made available.
Airbnb Announces Expansion Plans in Dublin

Airbnb has made an announcement on its staffing strategy to boost its workforce in Dublin significantly in order to efficiently meet augmented demand for its business. The firm, a room rentals website, has stated that it has decided to sign up 200 new personnel in the next couple of months. Once the move is accomplished, the company will have an employee fleet of 500 people in Dublin and it has plans to maintain both the offices in the Irish capital. Recently it has inked a lease deal for a new office complex in The Warehouse building on Hanover Quay in Dublin, which will be ready in a 14-month period. The company will create the new 40,000 square foot building on the place of a dilapidated warehouse, which was developed in the 19th century. The newly announced positions will be across the areas of customer service, human resources, finance, trust and safety and IT.
