Ponte Gadea Reportedly In Negotiations To Acquire Property From Rio Tinto

Ponte Gadea SL has entered advanced negotiations with Rio Tinto plc (LSE:RIO) to acquire St James's Square HQ for £250 million, reported Estates Gazette citing sources. However, sources said that a deal was not finalised and other parties including M&G Real Estate had also made offers. Cushman & Wakefield is advising Rio Tinto. All parties declined to comment.
