Horn Group, Inc. announced the promotion of Brian Sinderson from managing director to senior managing director and general manager, New York, reporting to Sabrina Horn, president and CEO. In addition, the agency has added two vice presidents: Allyne Mills, formerly senior vice president with Beckerman|Antenna Group and Erica McDonald, who rejoins Horn Group from DiGennaro Communications. He also oversees the firm’s IT and HR functions, and serves on the agency’s executive team. With a mix of strategic consumer and B2B experience, Allyne Mills brings to Horn Group an impressive 25-year track record driving integrated brand marketing programs for such blue-chip brands such as MasterCard, Allstate, Microsoft, Ask.com, Sony and Sharp Electronics, as well as emerging technology players. Further strengthening its New York senior leadership team, the Horn Group also announced that Erica McDonald has rejoined the firm as vice president from DiGennaro Communications.
