Stonegate Pub Company Limited announced in connection with its acquisition of certain freehold pubs and other assets from the Tattershall Castle Group. The company has entered into a senior secured credit facility agreement in an aggregate principal amount of £80.0 million to finance the acquisition. The Stonegate Group intends to refinance this facility in due course, which is currently expected to be by means of an additional notes offering of Stonegate Pub Company Financing plc’s 5.75% senior secured notes due 2019. The Stonegate Group expects the transaction to be leverage-neutral on a post-synergies basis.

Stonegate Pub Reportedly Planning To Go Public

Stonegate Pub Company Limited is planning to launch its initial public offering in 2016 and has started preparations, according to Sky News which cited insiders. As per the report by Sky News, TDR Capital, owner of Stonegate also approached investment bankers in relation to the listing. The IPO values Stonegate at approximately €1.4 billion.
