Searchlight, Cinven, And Pamplona Reportedly In Talks To Acquire Wedgwood

Searchlight Capital Partners, Cinven, And Pamplona Capital Management, Llc are reportedly in talks to acquire Wedgwood Limited from KPS Capital Partners, LP. KPS Capital is reportedly seeking about €570 million for the business. Goldman Sachs, which has been hired to flush out buyers, has also been seeking offers from Chinese investors for the business, which has targeted the Asian market for growth.
