Brainshark, Inc. welcomed Dermot O'Grady as its new chief financial officer. In his role, O'Grady will be responsible for managing and leading Brainshark's accounting, finance and human resource operations, as well as overseeing Brainshark's relationships with investors, outside counsel and financing institutions. O'Grady has 30 years of financial experience – including 26 years in CFO roles – working with international, high-growth, venture-capital-funded and public companies. Prior to joining Brainshark, O'Grady served as CFO at Xkoto. O'Grady replaces former CFO Mike McEachern, founding member of the management team.
