PT Toyota Astra Motor Launches Refreshed Avanza MPV in Indonesia

PT Toyota Astra Motor launched refreshed versions of its Avanza compact multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) in Indonesia earlier this week. The model will be available in Grand New Avanza and New Avanza Veloz Grand Sport variants, which will feature 1.3- or 1.5-litre Dual-VVTI gasoline (petrol) engine options. The model has received minor changes to its exterior, including all-new headlights and grille, while the interior features a new instrumentation panel and keyless ignition. The company announced that it has improved noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) levels in the new model through suspension improvements, while the MPV has also received an update to its safety features. The price of the vehicle will be announced next week when it goes on sale.

PT Toyota Astra Motor Launches 2015 Toyota Camry Facelift in Indonesia

PT Toyota Astra Motor has introduced its 2015 Toyota Camry (facelift) in Indonesia. The model is to be priced from IDR 545.3 million to IDR 774.5 million. The vehicle features a new front fascia, a large airdam combined with a new grille,a redesigned headlight enclosures with LED daytime running lights, a chrome strip on the bootlid, new 17-inch alloy wheels, new wooden trim and softer leather for the seats. It is available with an e-CVT and 6AT gearboxes depending on the engine. It is available with a choice of 2.5-litre four-cylinder engine that delivers 181 PS and 233 Nm of torque, while the Camry Hybrid, is equipped with a 2.5-litre engine that generates a combined system output of 205 PS.

Toyota Launches Agya Compact Car in Indonesia

PT. Toyota Astra Motor has launched the new Agya compact car in Indonesia. The Agya was planned and developed by the Toyota Group company Daihatsu Motor Co. Ltd. (Daihatsu) and is produced by PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (ADM), Daihatsu's subsidiary in Indonesia.
