Murphy and Sean Murphy have been named co-presidents of Coastal Construction Group, announced Chairman & CEO Tom Murphy Jr. The company's current President, Dan Whiteman, will assume the role of Vice Chairman of the company. Coastal Construction, Tishman to Build New Hotel Resort Complex in Florida

Coastal Construction, Tishman announced that it will build new hotel resort complex in Florida. The Margaritaville resort development comprises 845,000 square feet, featuring a 17-storey, 349-key hotel, restaurants, bars and retail space. Additionally, the five-acre site includes a new 1,056-car garage, refurbished band shell, public restrooms, a water park and boat docks along the Intracoastal Waterway. The project, which was approved by Hollywood City Commission in May, was developed by Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort LP, and designed by the Adache Group Architects. An official groundbreaking will take place on August 22, 2013 with the completion expected in 2015.
