Seneca Gaming Corp. Announces Executive Changes

Seneca Gaming Corp. has made changes at the top. Catherine Walker is out as president and CEO, and the board has shifted her duties to Audrey Oswell, the chief operating officer. Oswell will remain COO and add her other responsibilities for now. The company did not say why it was making the leadership change.

Seneca Gaming Corp. Refinances Existing Credit Facility

Seneca Gaming Seneca Gaming Corp. notes and the remaining $43.8 million of a term loan under its former senior secured credit facility. Proceeds from the new credit facility borrowing will be used to redeem the corporation's 8-1/4% senior notes on December 1, 2014. Execution of the plan will allow Seneca Gaming Corporation to be debt-free by the end of 2019. The new agreement, which includes a $325 million term loan and $100 million revolving credit facility, was completed with a syndicate of only six banks. The $325 million term loan amortizes by 20%, or $65 million, per year and will be fully satisfied at the end of five years. It will carry an interest rate of approximately 1.5% upon completion of the senior note redemption.
