KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd via SHK Consortium (being the consortium formed between KNMPS and Hitachi Zosen Corporation of 7-89 Nanko-kita 1-chome, Suminoe-ku, Osaka 559-8559, Japan) have signed the definitive contract agreement on 26 October 2015 with Cypark Sdn Bhd - to undertake Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) works in respect of the solid waste modular advanced recovery and treatment systems waste management solutions (incorporating Waste-to-Energy Systems) at Ladang Tanah Merah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The total EPCC contract price of about MYR 268.38 million comprises the following: offshore portion for the EPCC Works in the sum of JPY 3.8938 billion (equivalent to about MYR 135.38 million) only; and onshore portion of the EPCC Works in the sum of MYR 133.0 million only.

KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd Secures MYR 581 Million Contract from Drenl Ltd to Build Waste-To-Energy Plant in Croydon, the United Kingdom

KNM Group Bhd said its unit, KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd, has secured a MYR 581 million contract from Drenl Ltd. to build a waste-to-energy plant in Croydon, the United Kingdom. The company said its unit had accepted the letter of award from Drenl Ltd. to undertake the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning contract (EPCC). KNM Process Systems has also been awarded the operation and maintenance of the said waste-to-energy facility subject to the finalisation of the terms and conditions, it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday. KNM added the duration of the EPCC contract was about 27 months after receiving notice to proceed from Drenl.

KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd Wins Contract in Via ‘SHK Consortium’

KNM Group Berhad announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, KNM Process Systems Sdn Bhd via ‘SHK Consortium’ (being the consortium formed between KNMPS and Hitachi Zosen Corporation) have received a letter of award on 28 August 2015 for the following contract from Cypark Sdn Bhd - to undertake engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning works in respect of the solid waste modular advanced recovery and treatment systems waste management solutions at Ladang Tanah Merah, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. The total EPCC Contract Price of about MYR 268.38 million comprises the following: (a)  offshore portion for the EPCC Works in the sum of JPY 3.8938 billion (equivalent to about MYR 135.38 million) only; and (b)  onshore portion of the EPCC Works in the sum of MYR 133.0 million only. KNMPS will be responsible for all onshore portions of the EPCC Works while Hitachi Zosen Corporation will be responsible for all offshore portions of the EPCC Works. The estimated time for the completion of the EPCC Works shall be a period of 27 months commencing from the commencement date of the EPCC Contract within 42 days from the date of acceptance of the letter of award. The project is expected to contribute positively to KNM Group's earnings for the financial years ending 31 December 2015, 2016 and 2017.
