MakerBot and Staples announced that MakerBot(R) Replicator(R) 3D Printers and MakerBot Digitizer(TM) Desktop 3D Scanners are available in 50 select Staples retail stores across 18 states. MakerBot is Staples' exclusive provider in-store of 3D printing hardware, with premium in-store experiences to showcase the entire MakerBot 3D Ecosystem. This partnership makes Staples the exclusive office supply company to offer MakerBot 3D printing and scanning products in the store. MakerBot Replicator 3D Printers and the MakerBot Digitizer Desktop 3D Scanner, as well as MakerBot Filaments are now available at select Staples retail stores and on Staples.com. MakerBot and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. have announced an exclusive agreement to distribute 3D printing materials and jointly develop 3D printable designs. The collaboration includes Martha Stewart for MakerBot Filament, MakerBot's first-ever co-branded collection of MakerBot Filament, as well as Martha Stewart for MakerBot Digital Store collections, with models to be purchased, downloaded and 3D printed on a MakerBot Replicator 3D Printer. Three new Martha Stewart for MakerBot PLA Filament colors and the first Martha Stewart for MakerBot Digital Store collection, the Trellis Collection, are available on MakerBot's Digital Store beginning November 24, 2014.

MakerBot announced the release of 3D printable models of favorite Sesame Street characters including Cookie Monster, Grover and Frazzle, available for purchase and download on the MakerBot Digital Store and in MakerBot Retail Stores in Boston, New York and Greenwich, Connecticut. These three new 3D printable Sesame Street characters join the other Sesame Street models already available on the MakerBot Digital Store. Arriving just in time to get ready for Halloween, these three beloved monster Sesame Street monsters are accompanied by 3D printable Halloween-themed accessories, including Cookie Monster's favorite treats, cookies; Grover's 'Super Grover' costume, complete with helmet and cape; and Frazzle's jack-o-lantern carved to resemble his face. MakerBot unveils the next installment of 3D printable models of favorite Sesame Street characters including Cookie Monster, Grover and Frazzle, available on the MakerBot Digital Store and in MakerBot Retail Stores in Boston, New York and Greenwich, Connecticut. The 3D printable Sesame Street Monster Collection is available to download and 3D print from the MakerBot Digital Store, with prices starting at $1.99 per digital model. For those who don't yet have their own 3D printer, but would still love to own a MakerBot 3D printed Sesame Street monster, finished 3D prints are available for purchase in the MakerBot Retail Stores. Prices for completed 3D printed models at the MakerBot Retail Stores will vary depending on the size of the 3D print. These models can be 3D printed exclusively on MakerBot Replicator(R) 3D Printers and are the first licensed content offered by MakerBot to be protected by secure streaming functionality, allowing users to purchase and print models without hosting files locally. MakerBot, a global leader in desktop 3D printing, created the MakerBot Digital Store to sell original, fun, and collectible digital content specifically designed for MakerBot Replicator 3D Printers. The MakerBot Digital Store offers a wide selection of 3D printable models that are verified by MakerBot as easy to print.
