Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced that it has elected six attorneys as members of the Firm effective January 1, 2015. The new partners are: Christopher O. Bell concentrates his practice on banking, credit and acquisition finance. Matthew P. Einbinder Matt represents borrowers and lenders in banking and credit transactions, including acquisition, energy related and project financings as well as credit derivatives transactions. Adam C. Furber is a member of the Firm's private funds practice. He represents a broad range of alternative asset management firms in the formation and ongoing operation of their private equity, real estate and other private investment funds.
