Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Company announced that its Enertech business unit has received confirmation of its registration with China's National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA) in accordance with HAF604 regulations. The HAF604 certification is required for all equipment and components that are designed and manufactured outside of China. The HAF604 registration confirmation covers the design and manufacturing activities of the Enertech safety-related Class 1, 2, and 3 NozzleCheck valve. This certification qualifies Enertech to supply these valves to civil nuclear power plants currently in operation, under construction, or planned in the People's Republic of China.
