JPMorgan Private Bank has appointed Edward Novis as an executive director and senior investor to its endowments and foundations group. Based in London, Novis will report to Kristoffer Jonsson, head of the endowments and foundations group for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In his new role, Novis will be responsible for advising endowments, charities and foundation clients on investment options and market strategy. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Novis served as a portfolio manager at Waverton.

JPMorgan Private Bank Names Faraj Saghri as Head for the UK

Faraj Saghri has been appointed as head of JP Morgan Private Bank for the UK. Saghri was global coordinator for the private bank's financial sponsor group, which he founded and which advises private equity firms, and will retain that responsibility. He will also act as the bank's head for the Nordic region. He replaces former Wealth Manager cover star Olivier de Givenchy (pictured), who becomes the region's US West region head where he will oversee the business in Arizona, California, Colorado and Washington.
