Silanis Technology Inc. Key Developments

Silanis 's e-SignLive E-Signatures Help Lifesprk Take Healthcare Onboarding 100%% Digital

e-SignLive by Silanis announced that Lifesprk has seen significant success using e-SignLive e-signatures to complete contracting in its rigorous hiring process. Lifesprk relies heavily on its frontline employees to deliver high-quality care and service. As such, the quality of the company's personnel is paramount. Currently experiencing annual growth in excess of 30% and delivering services across a 10,000 square mile service area, Lifesprk's in-depth hiring process, requiring three full-time staff to interview 80 people per month and hire 12, was challenging the company's ability to provide quality service. With the goal to speed up its onboarding process and its vision to take processes and records 100% paperless, Lifesprk needed a solution that would ensure compliance, provide strong legal protection and be easy and quickly integrated into the company's processes and platforms. Lifesprk selected e-SignLive because of its ability to authenticate a signer using multiple methods, its configurable workflow, and the fact that its evidence is not vendor dependent and can be easily exported and transported into external document management platforms including their EMR and HR systems. Ease of integration was also important to Lifesprk, and the company found that e-SignLive could be used exactly as needed completely out of the box and required just one hour of training to implement across 20 different documents.

FundSERV Inc. Selects e-SignLive by Silanis to Create End-To-End Paperless Processing with E-Signatures for the Canadian Fund Industry

FundSERV Inc. and e-SignLive by Silanis announced a partnership that integrates e-SignLive into FundSERV’s eDOCS solution, for end-to-end digital processing of all investment fund related documents required in the investment fund process. Through FundSERV’s new eDOCS service, fund manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries including wealth management companies and financial advisors, will have the ability to on-board new clients electronically and, using e-SignLive, have customers electronically sign the account opening and trade related documents. The solution is fully configurable and incorporates both dealer and fund company applications and system integration. FundSERV eDOCS enables users to manage and store documents in a digital environment supporting a firm’s business process workflows. eDOCS leverages FundSERV’s existing infrastructure and robust security protocols to deliver the investment industry’s only true end-to-end Software as a Service (SaaS) electronic document management solution. Key benefits of this joint solution include: Reduces not-in-good-order documentation: Customized edits on both the dealer and fund company forms via the eDOCS solution reduces the risk of human errors and facilitates the compliance process; Saves operational costs for fund manufacturers, distributors and intermediaries: Organizations and advisors will send less mail and fewer faxes, reducing the need for manual data entry and quality control while also reducing scanning and indexing volumes; reduces administrative burden for advisors: Enables easy preparation, sharing of information and follow up with a customer. No more missing signatures or incomplete forms with forms management; and provides digital forms and applications: The audit trail is embedded into the document for easy storage, especially for the recipient, be it a mutual fund or advisor, plus the solution is easily integrated with other systems for straight through processing of documents.

e-SignLive by Silanis and Xpertdoc Announce Integrated Solution

On the heels of the recent e-SignLive by Silanis and Xpertdoc partnership announcement, both companies announced at Microsoft Convergence 2015 an integrated solution that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online. The joint solution from e-SignLive and Xpertdoc automates the entire document transaction lifecycle from document generation to e-signature directly from Dynamics CRM. Xpertdoc chose to integrate e-SignLive e-signatures into its Dynamics CRM Connector because of the solution's proven ability to enhance the security of e-signed transactions. e-SignLive provides the strongest legal protection in the event of a dispute because it gathers both document-level and process-level evidence while Xpertdoc enables the easiest method of generating documents directly from CRM. The integrated solution offers Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online users the ability to easily merge CRM data with any type of document at the click of a button and then seamlessly send it for signature via e-SignLive. Once the transaction is complete, the e-signed document is stored securely in the CRM with a complete audit trail of who signed, when and in what order. This approach maintains vendor independence without having to rely on the vendor service. e-SignLive and Xpertdoc are on hand to demonstrate their integrated solution at Microsoft Convergence 2015 in Atlanta.
