On the heels of the recent e-SignLive by Silanis and Xpertdoc partnership announcement, both companies announced at Microsoft Convergence 2015 an integrated solution that supports Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online. The joint solution from e-SignLive and Xpertdoc automates the entire document transaction lifecycle from document generation to e-signature directly from Dynamics CRM. Xpertdoc chose to integrate e-SignLive e-signatures into its Dynamics CRM Connector because of the solution's proven ability to enhance the security of e-signed transactions. e-SignLive provides the strongest legal protection in the event of a dispute because it gathers both document-level and process-level evidence while Xpertdoc enables the easiest method of generating documents directly from CRM. The integrated solution offers Dynamics CRM 2015 and Dynamics CRM Online users the ability to easily merge CRM data with any type of document at the click of a button and then seamlessly send it for signature via e-SignLive. Once the transaction is complete, the e-signed document is stored securely in the CRM with a complete audit trail of who signed, when and in what order. Superior Court of California First Court to Achieve End-to-End E-Contracting by Adding e-SignLive™ E-Signatures from Silanis Technology

e-SignLive by Silanis announced that the Superior Court of California, Orange County, has standardized on the e-SignLive cloud digital signature service to support its procurement unit’s contracting process. The Court’s digital signature implementation is part of a statewide initiative to leverage technology to become more efficient. Even with much of its procurement function being electronic, when it came to contract signing the process would fall to paper. With signing authorities located in different buildings or out of the office on business, getting paper contracts signed could take up to five days requiring contract printing, mailing, signing, mailing to additional signing authorities in different facilities and then scanning back into the system. The Court processes around 650 active contracts at any given time, causing the delays to add up. In adding e-SignLive digital signatures, the Court now has same-day signing, which has accelerated the contract process and saved employees time previously spent printing, scanning and filing. The Court cited e-SignLive’s robust security and verifiability as deciding factors when selecting the solution. This included e-SignLive’s unique ability to secure each individual signature, as well as the entire document, and render each element tamper-evident. The selection also hinged on e-SignLive’s electronic evidence and audit trail captured during the signing process and verifiable independently of the vendor.
