Russian Helicopters at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders on June 30, 2015, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Andrei Boginsky replaced Yury Slyusar, president of the United Aircraft Corporation, on the Board of Directors.
The AGM also approved a final dividend for 2014 of RUB 722,932,945.56 per ordinary share in the company, amounting to RUB 7.56 per share.

Russian Helicopters (part of State Corporation Rostec) announced that a contract has been signed with the Belarusian Defence Ministry for delivery of 12 Russian-made Mi-8MTV-5 military transport helicopters over 2016-2017. The contract will be enacted in accordance with the agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus on the development of military technical cooperation dated 10 December 2009, and in particular the helicopters will be delivered on the same terms and in the same configuration as for Russia's own armed forces. The Mi-8MTV-5 military transport helicopters are produced at Kazan Helicopters (a Russian Helicopters company). They are designed to carry out a wide range of operations: both military and transport missions. The helicopters are equipped with the latest avionics, radio communications and specialised hardware.

Russian Helicopters announced earnings results for the first quarter of 2015. RAS net loss decreased by 9.98% to RUB 588.574 million from RUB 653.846 million the year before. Revenue increased 2.95 times to RUB 768.279 million from RUB 260.213 million, sales loss decreased by 6.41% to RUB 315.481 million from RUB 337.086 million, loss before tax by 10.61% to RUB 722.515 million from RUB 808.283 million.
IFRS net profit of JSC Russian Helicopters for 2014 grew 2.19 times to RUB 20.712 billion from RUB 9.473 billion in 2013. Revenue increased by 22.84% to RUB 169.842 billion from RUB 138.263 billion, operating profit by 91.15% to RUB 39.404 billion from RUB 20.614 billion, pre-tax profit 2.03 times to RUB 29.582 billion from RUB 14.548 billion.
