Azima DLI Launches Watchman Portal 3.0
May 13 15
Azima DLI has launched version 3.0 of WATCHMAN Reliability Portal™, the secure, dynamically updated web-based dashboard connecting customers with the results of their machine condition-monitoring program, including vibration analysis data, business-level metrics and maintenance planning. WATCHMAN Reliability Portal 3.0 allows companies to customize the dashboard for their users, including creating role-specific views and reports.
The new version of Portal also includes the introduction of multi-language support for customers’ dashboards. Spanish and Simplified Chinese will lead the growing list of languages that supplement the traditional English version of the WATCHMAN Portal. With this release, all users will be able to experience how these languages can be presented. Customers seeking this language support will work with an Azima DLI integration team to deploy.
Portal 3.0 still offers users secure access to vibration analysis data, trends, reports and automated alerts, and adds new performance and benchmarking metrics. These new metrics are based on the experience of hundreds of plants across more than a dozen industries to score the performance of sites and enterprises against maintenance and industry best practices.
Azima DLI Launches WATCHMAN Online Systems Update
Apr 21 15
Azima DLI announced the release of a new version of WATCHMAN Online Systems, the server-based data collection and reporting tool used by manufacturing plants worldwide for operation-critical assets. WATCHMAN Online Systems can continuously monitor machines for changes in vibration, pressure, and machine speed to provide executives, technical experts, and maintenance and reliability managers with actionable data for strategic decision-making about maintenance and capital expenditure spending as well as production performance optimization. This release of WATCHMAN Online Systems includes new data collection hardware with wired and wireless applications as well as battery-powered and line-powered options. The traditional use of major communication cabling is now replaced by taking advantage of existing networked LAN lines, making installation faster and easier while reducing the startup costs for deployment. WATCHMAN Online Systems convert raw data into actionable information, dramatically reducing the time that plant engineers and vibration analysts spend on identifying machine problems reducing downtime and increasing productivity. The updated WATCHMAN Online Systems also contain the new version of ALERT Online Engine 3.0, the software that configures customized testing parameters for each monitored machine. In addition to support of new data types, this software significantly improves communication between multiple hardware acquisition devices and the centrally-hosted diagnostic software. WATCHMAN Online Systems can also be integrated with portable data collection programs.
