Horizon Media Launches INFUSE, a Proprietary Marketing Consultancy Tool

Horizon Media, Inc. launched INFUSE, a marketing consultancy platform within the agency that quantitatively identifies the opportunities and challenges of a brand and how an organization's marketing and communications mix should address those items through channel allocation and investment.  Created by the agency's WHERE group, INFUSE integrates and aligns hard data and expert user insights to create a quantifiable linkage between brand strategy, consumer engagement and channel allocation strategy. INFUSE calibrates and synthesizes more than 350 brand and consumer KPI's trended from sources including brand health, sales and brand performance, social, search, location, competitive, mix modelling data, respondent level purchasing survey, and Horizon's proprietary CCRI channel relevance study. It's from this deep stack of first and third party data where INFUSE can quantify the brand and category situation and identify what communication and brand opportunities exist, as well as highlighting when key consumer decisions are made and what emotions and needs come into play for them during each stage.

Horizon Media, Inc. Hires Greg Depalma as Vice President of Advanced Video Analytics

Horizon Media announced that it has hired Greg DePalma as Vice President of Advanced Video Analytics. DePalma will report to Eric Blankfein, Chief of the WHERE Group, effective immediately. In his role as VP of Advanced Video Analytics within the agency's channel insights practice, the WHERE group, DePalma will provide perspective, opportunity, and analysis for Horizon's clients and internal investment teams on where the right partnerships and technologies lie to further increase efficiencies of data-driven audience buying. DePalma will collaborate with the agency's Advanced TV practice to more effectively use inventory and create more value across linear television channels while offering clients more precise data-driven audience targeting. Most recently, DePalma was Senior Vice President at IRI, Inc., where he managed a diverse client roster to leverage a combination of primary and secondary data. Previously he worked as Vice President of Audience Insights at TiVo within its research practice to develop, analyze, and optimize advertising through big data. Earlier, DePalma was the founder and president of DePalMix Sonic Branding and Entertainment.

Horizon Media Appoints Larry Curran as Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Horizon Media announced that it has hired Larry Curran as Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Curran is charged with overseeing and leading talent recruitment activities for the agency's New York office.
