Radware Ltd. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported quarterly revenues of $57.2 million for the first quarter of 2015. This represents an increase of 12% compared with revenues of $51.0 million for the first quarter of 2014. Net income on a GAAP basis for the first quarter of 2015 was $6.5 million or $0.14 per basic and diluted share, compared with net income of $4.1 million or $0.09 per basic and diluted share for the first quarter of 2014. Net income on a non-GAAP basis for the first quarter of 2015 was $10.5 million or $0.22 per diluted share, compared with net income of $7.8 million or $0.17 per diluted share for the first quarter of 2014. Operating income was $7,496,000 compared to $3,592,000 a year ago. Income before income taxes was $8,146,000 compared to $5,137,000 a year ago.
The company provided earnings guidance for the second quarter and full year of 2015. The company expects revenues to range between $58 million to $60 million; gross margin at 83%; operating expenses will range between $37 million to $37.5 million; financial income at $1.3 million to $1.4 million; tax rate, 13% to 14%; and non-GAAP EPS to range between $0.23 to $0.25.
The company continued its year-over-year double-digit growth, and its expects higher and better results in the following quarters of 2015.

Radware introduced LinkProof NG, a multi-homing and enterprise gateway solution that can help guarantee users optimized WAN connectivity service levels per application – whether the application is deployed on premise or in the cloud. As WAN connectivity requirements for enterprises have evolved substantially, it has created the need for service level assurance and WAN link security which legacy multi-homing solutions such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) can't address. LinkProof NG addresses these connectivity requirements by offering service level based routing of multiple WAN links which helps improve WAN link usage and service levels of applications deployed on premise and in public/hybrid clouds. LinkProof NG also ensures the service levels of web-based applications by holistically combining link load balancing, web performance optimization, end-to-end real-user service level monitoring and cost-effective scalability.
