Radware Introduces LinkProof NG
Mar 10 15
Radware introduced LinkProof NG, a multi-homing and enterprise gateway solution that can help guarantee users optimized WAN connectivity service levels per application – whether the application is deployed on premise or in the cloud. As WAN connectivity requirements for enterprises have evolved substantially, it has created the need for service level assurance and WAN link security which legacy multi-homing solutions such as Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) can't address. LinkProof NG addresses these connectivity requirements by offering service level based routing of multiple WAN links which helps improve WAN link usage and service levels of applications deployed on premise and in public/hybrid clouds. LinkProof NG also ensures the service levels of web-based applications by holistically combining link load balancing, web performance optimization, end-to-end real-user service level monitoring and cost-effective scalability. It can also provide visibility into the service level of their applications per WAN link, with reports for fast and proactive troubleshooting of application performance. Radware's link load balancer also incorporates a set of security features that includes a web application firewall (WAF) deployment architecture that defends all on premise web applications it front-ends and automatic diversion of attack traffic to scrubbing centers. Rerouting volumetric attacks helps avoid pipe saturation which threatens application service levels. Additionally, LinkProof NG supports hybrid WAN architectures by routing traffic targeted at the enterprise data center to a specified link, while routing traffic going to the Internet to another separate link. This allows organizations to select the most appropriate link according to its planned usage, thereby reducing costs and enhancing link utilization.
Radware Introduces New Attack Mitigation Platform for High Volume Cyber-Attacks
Mar 3 15
Radware launched its latest attack mitigation platform that offers carriers and cloud providers the industry's broadest attack detection and the high mitigation performance for the most demanding operational environments. Radware's new attack mitigation platform offers up to 300Gbps of mitigation capacity while allowing customers to enjoy the widest range of simultaneous cyber-attack protection in the industry. The powerful new design can address today's most tenacious volumetric DDoS attacks such as UDP reflection attacks, fragm nted and out-of-state floods while at the same time, pick out and mitigate sophisticated non-volume threats which often lurk below the surface in today's multi-vectored attacks. As the industry's first dedicated attack mitigation platform to offer 100Gb interfaces with the ability to handle 230 million packets per second of attack traffic, Radware's DefensePro x4420 platform was designed for multi-tenant environments with the ability to support up-to 1,000 active policies, separate processing capabilities and customized management & reporting per tenant. Radware's attack mitigation platform can also provide service and cloud hosting providers better value for their investment as it eliminates the need to deploy multiple devices and provides a high performance platform that can protect networks from sophisticated and volumetric attacks.
