Naked Brand Group, Inc. Announces Executive Changes

Naked Brand Group Inc. announced that highly accomplished apparel industry leader Martha Olson has joined the Naked Board of Directors where she will advise the company on category expansion and growth. Ms. Olson has a proven track record over her 30 year career of growing global, iconic brands such as Calvin Klein Underwear and Ralph Lauren Intimates while delivering superior shareholder returns. Prior to being named a corporate officer, Martha held several positions of increasing responsibility within the Warnaco organization. She also held several leadership positions within Sara Lee Branded Apparel (now Hanes Brands Inc.). In connection with the appointment of Ms. Olson, Alex McAulay has resigned as a director of the company. Mr. McAulay has been appointed as a member of Naked’s Advisory Board.
Naked Brand Group Inc. Announces the International Launch of its New Men's Collection at Nordstrom

Naked Brand Group Inc. announced the international launch of its new men's collection at Nordstrom, with product now available a premium locations across most major cities in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. This expanded presence with Nordstrom, one of Naked's key retail relationships, initiates Naked's commercial execution of its growth strategy aimed at attracting a broader customer base with new products, packaging, pricing, and marketing. Naked developed its expanded men's offerings with a clear focus on attracting new customers. As part of Naked's strategy, the company has created a new entry-level package, Naked Essential, a high-value underwear two-pack constructed with premium cotton stretch fabric that will be offered at a starting retail price point of $40. Intended to be the foundation of the Naked wardrobe, it includes two pairs of briefs, trunks, or boxer briefs in a range of white, black, heather gray, and dusk blue. The Essential 2-pack also features cotton stretch undershirts. Early sales reports regarding Naked's Essential program are highly encouraging with the new 2-Pack program accounting for over 30% of weekly sales with impressive sell through rates.

Naked Brand Group Inc. announced that intimate apparel expert, Mimi Sia, and nightlife branding legend, Jason Strauss, have joined Naked’s Advisory Board. Mimi Sia was the executive director and co-founder of ACE Style Group. Sia operated the design studio in New York and provided full product development service from design to sample making for key customers like Calvin Klein, Victoria’s Secret, Betsey Johnson, Le Mystere, SOMA and Wacoal. She has been working with Naked as a consultant since September 2014, helping to develop Naked’s women’s intimate apparel collections. Jason Strauss brings an extraordinary understanding of media and digital marketing, having built successful nightlife brands in the United States and globally. As co-founder of the Strategic Group alongside partner Noah Tepperberg, Strauss has been recognized as a pioneering innovator in nightlife entertainment and guerrilla marketing.
