The holders of a majority of the voting power of the company's outstanding common stock have voted to approve the recommendation of the Board to authorize the Board to amend the Certificate of Incorporation of the Company to provide for 1 for 23 reverse split of the company's issued and outstanding common shares and to amend and restate the company's Certificate of Incorporation accordingly. The action has been approved by FINRA, the amendment has been filed with the Nevada Secretary of State and will be effective in the Market on March 31, 2015.
