Jacobs Elects Dawne S. Hickton to its Board of Directors

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced the election of Dawne S. Hickton, President and Chief Executive Officer of RTI International Metals Inc. to its Board of Directors. During her career Ms. Hickton also served as a public company director of FNB Corporation from 2006 until 2013, including membership of the Compensation, Nominating and Corporate Governance and Executive Committees, and as a Director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, Pittsburgh branch, since January 2012.
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Wins Additional Contract from Bristol-Myers Squibb

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it received a contract from Bristol-Myers Squibb Company to provide construction management services for a new large-scale biologics manufacturing facility in Cruiserath, County Dublin, Ireland. Jacobs is also providing architectural and engineering services for the facility, which is being built to produce multiple therapies for the company’s robust and growing portfolio of approved and investigational biologic medicines, and to increase Bristol-Myers Squibb’s biologics manufacturing capacity. The new facility is expected to include multiple large scale bioreactors, a purification area, as well as office and laboratory space. Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Board of Directors has approved initial funding that will support the first phase of the project, with the full cost of the facility expected to be finalized in the second half of 2015. The facility is estimated to be operational in 2019.
Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Secures Contract from EDF Energy

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that it was awarded a contract by EDF Energy to provide project management resources to the company's eight nuclear power stations and two technical centers in the United Kingdom. Company officials did not disclose the contract value, but noted that the framework contract is for five years with two optional two-year extensions. Under the terms of the contract, Jacobs is providing a range of project management and engineering resources to support EDF Energy's program of maintenance and life extension projects to 15 nuclear reactors across the Dungeness, Hartlepool, Heysham 1 and 2, Hinkley Point, Hunterston, Sizewell and Torness power stations, as well as the East Kilbride and Gloucester technical centers. The eight power stations have a combined capacity of almost 8.8 million kilowatts.
Jacobs Wins Four-Year Contract to Provide Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Services to Sadara Chemical in Saudi Arabia

Jacobs has won a four-year contract to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services to Sadara Chemical in Saudi Arabia. The company did not disclose on which Sadara projects it will be working, and it did not to comment on financial terms. The Sadara joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Dow Chemical is currently building a large chemical complex with 26 world-scale manufacturing plants in Jubail Industrial City II, Saudi Arabia.
