Fusion Extends Cloud Solutions Agreement with Innovatix and Essensa Ventures

Fusion announced that it has extended its agreement for the distribution of Cloud Solutions with Innovatix Business and Industry, the newest class of trade serviced by group purchasing organization (GPO) Innovatix, LLC. The agreement also extends to Essensa Ventures, LLC. Fusion and these organizations provide more than 40,000 GPO members in healthcare and other key vertical markets across the country with a full range of integrated cloud services, including cloud voice and unified communications, cloud connectivity, cloud computing, business continuity, storage and security. For the quarter, the company revenues of $23,520,267 compared to $16,286,193 a year ago. Operating loss was $1,240,248 compared to $1,750,353 a year ago.
