Evolving Systems Inc. announced that effective December 10, 2014, Julian Singer resigned his appointment as an observer to the board of directors and the company and Mr. Singer terminated the board observer agreement entered into effective July 25, 2014. Julian D. Singer, 30, is currently engaged as an independent investment advisor. On December 11, 2014 the board adopted a resolution appointing Julian Singer to the company's board, effective January 2, 2015, to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders, or his earlier death or resignation.
