In 2014, the company about $132.0 million on infrastructure improvements, which included 81,000 feet of planned new or replacement water main statewide, plus completion of two new wells, seven new storage tanks, and one new granular-activated carbon treatment facility.

California Water Service Group Declares Quarterly Dividend, Payable on February 20, 2015

At its meeting, the California Water Service Group Board of Directors declared the company's 280th consecutive quarterly dividend, increasing the annual dividend from $0.65 to $0.67. This represents the company's 48th consecutive annual dividend increase.
