China Information Technology (CNIT) has entered into a strategic agreement with the Wudang District government in Guiyang City to collaborate on the CNIT Internet + Smart Guiyang project. CNIT will apply new media in elevators, bus stops, healthcare, public transportation and residential communities. CNIT plans to use its proprietary Cloud-App-Terminal model and Cloud-Nest data analytics to build an Elevator Internet of Things platform and an Internet Smart Bus Stops platform. The company will build a local cloud-computing center to provide technical and service support for its new media offerings. The local government of Wudang district will assisting CNIT by providing funding support and preferential policies in company setup, local hiring, and furnishing of office space.

China Information Technology, Inc. announced that it has entered into a five-year strategic agreement with Sznews.com Co., Ltd. to collaborate on the 'Internet + Smart City' project involving industries such as healthcare, education, and transportation. CNIT and Shenzhen News will initially collaborate on the "Healthy City" project. According to the agreement, Shenzhen News will leverage on the competitive strength of its parent company in media content and resources to operate the new media platform associated with "Healthy Shenzhen" and other cities. Specifically, Shenzhen News will support the "Healthy City" new media platforms with contents including healthcare related news, information, activities, education, as well as allocating paid advertisement based on the Company's cloud-based new media and Taoping Net. In addition, Shenzhen Press will market the new media campaign within its online and offline media network to attract customers and business partners. CNIT will be responsible for the setup of healthcare platforms in Shenzhen and other cities. Leveraging on cloud-based new media, Taoping Net, and Healthcare One Pass, the Company will build an online healthcare information platform, provide smartphone-based healthcare services, and activate healthcare simulcast on connected digital displays. The Company will install cloud-based new media terminals at hospitals and community clinics in Shenzhen and other high-traffic venues such as airport, hotels, shopping malls, railways stations and residential communities, connecting terminals to create regional advantage and promote Smart City.

China Information Technology, Inc. announced that it has entered into a strategic agreement with Sichuan Lianguang Technology Co. Ltd. to provide cloud-based new media solutions to beauty salons nationwide. According to the agreement, CNIT will provide integrated solutions including cloud platform, software and new media terminals to Lianguang Technology, while Lianguang Technology in turn will market and sell such solutions to its nationwide network of advertising agencies. The company believes that the CNIT new media solutions will transform the beauty salon experience by providing customers with one-stop-shop services, from booking appointments from their smartphones and selecting specific beauty products and services at salons, to sharing reviews and recommendations with friends after service. Customers can also receive beauty tips through linked smartphone applications and watch entertainment programs on CNIT's new media terminals while at salons. Meanwhile, it is expected that the CNIT new media solutions will transform salon management processes by connecting offline operations with online platforms. The CNIT solution allows salons to keep track of their beauty product sales and consumption and place orders with their suppliers over the Internet. It also enables beauty salons to stay in continued close contact with their customers and proactively make beauty product and service recommendations through smartphone applications. Lianguang Technology plans to install approximately 500,000 units of CNIT's new media terminals at beauty salons across China in the next five years, connecting over 250 million users.
