Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited Proposes Dividend for the Year 2014, Payable on May 21, 2015

Charoen Pokphand Foods Public Company Limited at its board meeting held on February 26, 2015, approved to propose at the AGM a dividend of THB 0.75 per share in total. In this regard, the company already paid the first dividend payment to shareholders as an interim dividend at THB 0.30 per share on September 12, 2014. Therefore, the second dividend payment will be at THB 0.45 per share. In this regard, the Board set the record date for the right to receive the dividend on April 30, 2015 and the share register book shall be closed on May 6, 2015 for TSD to collect the shareholders names in compliance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535. Additionally, the dividend payment will be made on May 21, 2015.
