California Bank Of Commerce reported unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. For the quarter, the bank reported income before tax provision of $1,158,000, net income of $684,000 and income to common shareholders of $657,000 or $0.152 per basic earnings per share on interest income of $4,301,000 against income before tax provision of $1,284,000, net income of $756,000 and income to common shareholders of $729,000 or $0.263 per basic earnings per share on interest income of $3,859,000 reported for the same period a year ago. Net interest income after provision was $3,974,000 against $3,714,000 a year ago. Return on average assets was 0.63% against 0.85% a year ago. Book value per common share as on March 31, 2015 was $11.15 against $10.44 reported a year ago.
