The data for this index includes all investment grade U.S. domestic public and 144A bonds sold in both U.S. domestic and global markets, announced and published by Bloomberg on that day, and that have a Moody's rating of Baa3 or higher or an S&P rating of BBB- or higher. Increases and re-openings are counted for the day of the increase. It should be noted that per the underwriter's discretion, some bonds that are published by Bloomberg do not appear on the New Issue Monitors. *All data is subject to revision.
