The Colombo Consumers' Price Index (CCPI) is the official measure of price changes within the Colombo Municipality for the lowest 40 per cent of income groups. It measures the changes in the cost of a fixed basket of consumer commodities and services entering into the pattern of working class household consumption in Colombo. The weights are obtained from the results of a family budget survey. Index is on base year 2002 = 100. Rebased to year 2002 with effect from 31-Dec-2007. Old series ticker SKCP52YO
