The GPR 250 REIT Europe is a subindex of the GPR 250 REIT which consists of the 250 most liquid property companies worldwide, and only uses the tradable market capitalization of these companies as index weights.The index reflects the performance of property companies with a free float market capitalization of at least US$ 50m, and that are structured as a REIT. The index will be calculated on a daily basis and the constituents will be revised each quarter. The indices are constructed on a total return basis.
