Bloomberg/EnSys developed these netback values using Bloomberg spot prices and the proprietary netback formulae and crude oil assay data contributed by EnSys Energy, President Martin Tallett. The new Netbacks System calculates the refining values of 39 major crude oils in different refining regions worldwide using daily Bloomberg prices for finished products, selected feedstocks, natural gas/electricity and tanker freight rates.
