According to NBS, January data was never available as the reporting of January data is exempted officially. Moreover, official February non-cumulative data for 2012 and 2013 are not released because NBS had internal changes on its statistical reporting system. The January (and some February data) Bloomberg carried prior to June 2013 were provided by a third party distributor authorized by NBS, but NBS has recently confirmed that those numbers are unofficial. The growth rates are calculated according to comparable statistical coverage. The data is not available if the month is showing empty in HP.
