The Bloomberg-YouGov Household Economic Activity Tracker tracks household sentiment across a variety of measures on a monthly basis. Each month 2,000 surveys are completed with a nationally representative audience in the UK. The HEAT spread is calculated by subtracting the percentage of those who said their situation had got worse from those who said it had got better. Question asked was 'How do you think your household's financial situation will have changed 12 months from now?'
